The work considers life as a stratified chronology, where events do not merely follow one another but alter the very structure of experience, shaping chapters, ruptures, and recurring marks. Composed of dried palm leaves, cotton cords, and jute canvas, and constructed through weaving, crochet, and latch hooking, the piece emphasizes tactility as a vehicle of time. Its suspended threads, porous surfaces, and irregular densities evoke the instability of remembrance: how certain moments remain sharply etched, while others dissolve into a sensation. The natural fibers convey a sense of vulnerability and gradual transformation, while the blue accents function as visual interruptions, points of intensity within a field of sober tones.
