ACCOUNTS AND PROFILES
To sign up for a zet gallery account, you will initially need to provide a valid email address. There are three types of accounts at zet gallery: artists - registered users who add artworks to their online portfolio for display and sale through the zet gallery platform; collectors - registered users who have already purchased artworks through the zet gallery platform; and registered users who have not completed an artist portfolio or never purchased artworks with zet gallery, limiting their activity to exploring the platform. These three accounts are not mutually exclusive. In addition to a valid email, users considered sellers (artists) and/or buyers (collectors) must provide additional information to allow for proper use of the platform in that regard.
Registered users can access, add, remove, or update some information in their account settings or user profile, and it is their responsibility to keep all account and user profile information accurate and up-to-date. To facilitate interaction between users, certain information you enter in your user profile (including your location and profile photo) will be publicly accessible through the services and associated with you, unless you indicate otherwise. If you choose to provide us with your phone number, it will only be used to provide you with individual support and will not be published on the services. If your account is closed, we may keep a record of the personal information associated with it, as required or permitted by law for purposes compatible with this Privacy Policy.
USER CONTENT
As described in our terms of use, the Services may include interactive features that allow users to post or share certain User Content or other content on the services in a way that will be accessible to others. When you post any content on the services, all such information becomes publicly accessible and may be indexed by third-party search engines. It is recommended to use a strong password, containing unique numbers, letters, and special characters, to protect the confidentiality of your password. If you suspect that your password has been compromised, we request that you notify zet gallery as soon as possible and proceed to change it. Due to the possibility of hardware or software failure, unauthorized entry or use, and other factors, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information in our systems.
BUSINESS TRANSFERS
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, the personal information of our users may be one of the transferred assets. In this case, registered users will be notified by email of any change in ownership or applicable privacy policies.
UNDER 18 YEARS OLD
